Print Package Details

Postcards (10×15cm): 400 prints included, one high-quality print per photo.

Photo Strip Flatrate (5×15cm): Unlimited prints during the event, up to 32 strips per photo.

Expecting more guests? No problem! Additional prints can be easily ordered in advance.

Digital Package Benefits

Unlimited Photos: There is no limit on photos, your guests can take as many pictures as they like. All photos are instantly available digitally and can be shared via QR code or email.

Service Area & Travel

Free Delivery: Within our main service area (Berlin & Brandenburg) delivery is included.

Other Locations: For locations outside, from 10 km distance from the nearest delivery point, we charge a fair travel surcharge based on distance and travel time. We're happy to provide you with a custom quote.

Secure Payment

Deposit: 30% upon booking confirmation to reserve your date.

Balance: Due no later than 7 days before your event.

100% Security: In case of a complete failure on our part (has never happened!), we refund the deposit proportionally.

Privacy & User Consent

All our packages are GDPR-compliant and offer an optional deletion mode for maximum privacy.

User Consent Module (optional): If desired, your guests can decide directly at the photo booth whether their pictures appear in the online gallery or are exclusively sent to them personally. Full control for everyone.

Everything you need to know about the cost of a photo booth in Berlin

How much does a photo booth cost for 4 hours?

We do not charge by the hour but by the day: you rent the booth for 24 hours from setup. How long your party lasts makes no difference to the price.

- Private / Digital from €389: unlimited digital photos, online gallery, props box, light ring in the colour of your choice
- Event / Print from €499: plus photo printer with 400 prints, your own print layout, backdrop and a USB stick with all photos
- Business & Trade Show: on request

Delivery, setup, teardown and the Canon DSLR with 24 megapixels are always included. All prices are plus VAT.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Delivery and setup in Berlin, teardown and pickup, the props and the online gallery are included in every package. Digital photos are unlimited. The print package includes 400 prints; if you expect more guests, let us know beforehand and we will order more.

The only things that can cost extra are additional prints, a tent for outdoor use, on-site support, multi-day rental and travel outside our service area. You will see them in your quote beforehand. All prices are plus VAT.

Is delivery and setup included in the price?

Yes, in all packages, within Berlin and a radius of about 50 km.

This is how it works: we usually arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the start and set up the 030Box at the spot you want in about 45 to 60 minutes. Then we briefly explain how it works to you or your contact person. Teardown takes about 30 minutes, and we usually pick the booth up the next day or at a time we agree on.

For locations further out, such as deeper into Brandenburg, Leipzig or Halle, we charge a travel fee based on distance. You will see it in your quote beforehand.

How can I rent a photo booth affordably?

A few tips from our experience:

1. Pick the right package: If you do not need prints, the Digital package from €389 is the cheaper choice. Guests then get their photos via QR code and the online gallery.
2. Ask early: Popular Saturdays go quickly, and with some lead time you can pick your date.
3. Compare the total price: Some providers charge extra for delivery, setup or the photos. With us, that is part of the package.

The easiest way is to send us a non-binding request, and we will find the package that fits your budget together.

Can I rent the photo booth for multiple days?

Yes, and the price per day goes down. Typical examples are trade shows and exhibitions over 2-5 days, corporate events spanning several days or festival weekends.

From the second day on there is a discount. Just tell us the days and the location, and we will send you a quote for the whole period.

How does payment work, and what if we cancel?

To reserve your date you pay a 30% deposit, and the rest at the latest 7 days before the event, by bank transfer or as agreed. Companies can pay by invoice by arrangement.

If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, cancellation is free and you get your deposit back. Between 30 and 14 days before, 50% is due, and with less than 14 days, 100%. Moving to another date instead of cancelling is usually possible if a replacement date is available.
