Why a Photo Booth at Your Wedding?

A wedding is full of spontaneous, emotional moments: Grandma dancing for the first time. Friends making silly faces. The bride and groom stealing a quiet moment between courses. A wedding photographer can't be everywhere, but the photo booth stands right where the party is.

The 030Box gets guests talking: they take photos whenever they like, on their own and as often as they want, and the prints come out right away.

Instant prints as guestbook entries: Many couples use the photo booth as an interactive guestbook. Guests take a photo, print it and glue it into the guestbook with a personal message. You end up with a keepsake you'll still enjoy looking at years later.

DSLR Quality for Your Wedding Photos

Why we don't use tablets: Many photo booths use cheap tablet cameras with 8-12 megapixels, which gives grainy, blurry images once they are printed.

The 030Box uses a professional DSLR camera with 24 megapixels, studio flash and real-time image optimization. This means:

- Colors are brilliant and natural
- Prints look like they're from a professional lab
- Digital gallery in full resolution for reordering

Full Service: You Party, We Handle the Rest

On your wedding day, you shouldn't have to worry about anything. That's why we only offer full service:

- Delivery & Setup: We usually arrive 60-90 minutes before the start, set up the box in about 45-60 minutes and test everything
- On-site briefing: 10 minutes of explanation for you or your witnesses, after that the box runs on its own
- During the celebration: If you have a question, you can reach us by phone
- Pickup: We collect everything the next day or at an agreed time

We know you have better things to do on event day than run cables. That's why we work exclusively with full service, for weddings, birthdays and company events in Berlin.

1. Check Availability

Check the calendar to see if the 030Box is still available on your date and send an inquiry.

Check availability: The calendar on the website shows which dates are still free and which are already booked.

With one click you send a non-binding booking request. We reply within 24 hours, usually much faster, and confirm whether your date works.

Personal consultation: Questions about layout design, setup location, technical details or special requests? We're happy to advise you. Every location is different, so we look at yours and find a setup that fits.

Cancellation and rescheduling: Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the event. From 30 to 14 days before, 50% of the total is due, after that 100%. Moving to another date is usually possible.

2. Full-Service Delivery

No self-pickup. We deliver, set up, brief you and collect the box the next day or by arrangement.

Delivery & setup: We usually arrive 60-90 minutes before your event starts. Setting up the 030Box and testing everything takes about 45-60 minutes. You don't need to prepare anything, and we can bring a barrier rope if you like.

On-site briefing: After setup we show you (or someone you trust) how the box works. It takes about 10 minutes, and after that every guest can use it without help.

During the event the box runs on its own. If something does come up, which is rare, you can reach us by phone.

Pickup: We collect the box the next day or at an agreed time and take everything down in about 30 minutes. All that's left for you is to enjoy the photos.

3. Party Hard

Your guests take unlimited photos and boomerangs and print their favorite shots right away.

Unlimited photos: With 50 guests or 300, everyone can take as many photos as they like. There are no per-photo fees.

Instant prints in under 10 seconds: Shortly after the photo is taken, your guest holds the print in their hands, color-accurate and with your own layout (logo, date, personal text).

Various modes: Besides classic photos there are boomerang loops (4-image sequence) and mosaic collages. Guests choose the mode themselves.

Props & accessories: We bring a selection of classic props (glasses, hats, signs). You can also bring your own or ask for themed props.

4. Digital Gallery

1-2 days after the event you'll receive a link to a password-protected online gallery with all images.

All images in high resolution: After the event we upload all photos to a private online gallery. These are the original shots in full resolution, not the print versions, so they work well for sharing or reprints.

Password protected: Only you and your guests (with the password you set) can open the gallery. Nothing is published publicly.

Download & share: Guests can download single images or all at once. Depending on the settings, the gallery stays online for 10 to 90 days, or up to a year on request, so please save your photos in time.

Additional features: If you like, the gallery can be opened via QR code at the party. We can also run a slideshow on a screen so everyone sees the latest shots live.

Postcards (10×15cm): 400 prints included, one high-quality print per photo.

Photo Strip Flatrate (5×15cm): Unlimited prints during the event, up to 32 strips per photo.

Expecting more guests? No problem! Additional prints can be easily ordered in advance.

Digital Package Benefits

Unlimited Photos: There is no limit on photos, your guests can take as many pictures as they like. All photos are instantly available digitally and can be shared via QR code or email.

Service Area & Travel

Free Delivery: Within our main service area (Berlin & Brandenburg) delivery is included.

Other Locations: For locations outside, from 10 km distance from the nearest delivery point, we charge a fair travel surcharge based on distance and travel time. We're happy to provide you with a custom quote.

Secure Payment

Deposit: 30% upon booking confirmation to reserve your date.

Balance: Due no later than 7 days before your event.

100% Security: In case of a complete failure on our part (has never happened!), we refund the deposit proportionally.

Privacy & User Consent

All our packages are GDPR-compliant and offer an optional deletion mode for maximum privacy.

User Consent Module (optional): If desired, your guests can decide directly at the photo booth whether their pictures appear in the online gallery or are exclusively sent to them personally. Full control for everyone.

Everything you need to know about the 030Box for your wedding

Does the 030Box match our wedding decorations?

Yes. The 030Box is a round screen with a light ring on a slim stand. It keeps a low profile, so it fits a rustic barn just as well as an elegant ballroom.

We set the light ring to your wedding colours, for example rose gold, pastels or classic white. The booth needs only about 1 x 1 metre and can stand in the entrance area, next to the dance floor or in the lounge.

When should the booth be set up on the wedding day?

We usually arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the booth should be ready. Setup itself takes about 45 to 60 minutes.

An example: ceremony at 4 pm, drinks reception at 5 pm, dinner at 6 pm. If the booth should be ready for the drinks reception, we arrive around 3:30 pm. Your guests can then get started while you are still at your couple shoot.

If the venue only lets us in at certain times or decorates in the morning, we can also set up earlier. We coordinate this with you and the venue.

Can guests stick the photos into the guest book?

Yes, many couples ask for this. With the Event/Print package it works like this:
1. A guest takes a photo at the 030Box.
2. In under 10 seconds the print with your wedding layout is ready.
3. The guest sticks the photo into the guest book.
4. Next to it they write a few lines for you.

All you need is a guest book with blank pages, and we can bring glue sticks on request. Later, every message in the book comes with the face that goes with it.

How many photos are taken at a wedding?

With 80 to 120 guests, you usually end up with 300 to 600 photos. Almost every guest steps in front of the camera three to five times, and the couple and best man or maid of honour often appear in 50 or more pictures. It is busiest between 10 pm and midnight, after dinner and before the cake.

Digital photos are unlimited. The print package includes 400 prints; if you expect more, let us know beforehand and we will order more.

What if the wedding runs longer than planned?

Then the booth simply keeps running. You rent it from us for a day, meaning 24 hours from setup, not by the hour. When the last guests leave makes no difference to the price.

We usually pick the booth up the next day or at a time we agree on.

Do we need a photographer AND the photo booth?

We think so, because the two produce very different pictures.

Your photographer covers the day from your point of view: portraits, ceremony, cutting the cake, first dance and posed group photos.

At the 030Box, guests photograph themselves, without a photographer next to them, with props and usually a lot sillier. That way you end up with both sides of your wedding: your day and your guests' day.
