§ 9 Data Protection and Image Rights

All recordings made during the event will be provided in a password-protected online gallery. The gallery is available online for 1 year.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from their guests for the creation and distribution of image recordings.

We reserve the right to use individual recordings (after anonymization or with consent) for marketing purposes.

§ 10 Technical Malfunctions

We guarantee professional preparation and maintenance of the technology. Should technical failures nevertheless occur that were not caused by the lessee, we will endeavor to remedy them as quickly as possible.

A claim for reduction or damages only exists if the photo booth was unusable for more than 50% of the booked time and this was not caused by the lessee.

§ 11 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

§ 12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is, insofar as legally permissible, the registered office of the lessor (Berlin).
