When companies book a photo booth, branding usually matters most. With the 030Box it starts with the box itself.

Camera Quality, Service and Trade Shows

Camera quality: Inside the 030Box is a Canon DSLR with 24 megapixels and a studio flash. Photos stay sharp in dim event lighting, and the dye-sublimation printer delivers each print in under 10 seconds.

Service: We deliver and set up the box across Berlin and Brandenburg. We usually arrive 60-90 minutes before the start, setup takes about 45-60 minutes, and the box needs about 1 m² of floor space. During the event you can reach us by phone, and on-site supervision for your staff and guests can be booked if needed.

Trade shows and promotion: At a trade show the box draws visitors to your stand. If you like, visitors enter their email address before downloading their photo, and a QR code lets them share it straight away. Multi-day bookings are possible.

We know you have better things to do on event day than run cables. That's why we work exclusively with full service, for weddings, birthdays and company events in Berlin.

1. Check Availability

Check the calendar to see if the 030Box is still available on your date and send an inquiry.

Check availability: The calendar on the website shows which dates are still free and which are already booked.

With one click you send a non-binding booking request. We reply within 24 hours, usually much faster, and confirm whether your date works.

Personal consultation: Questions about layout design, setup location, technical details or special requests? We're happy to advise you. Every location is different, so we look at yours and find a setup that fits.

Cancellation and rescheduling: Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the event. From 30 to 14 days before, 50% of the total is due, after that 100%. Moving to another date is usually possible.

2. Full-Service Delivery

No self-pickup. We deliver, set up, brief you and collect the box the next day or by arrangement.

Delivery & setup: We usually arrive 60-90 minutes before your event starts. Setting up the 030Box and testing everything takes about 45-60 minutes. You don't need to prepare anything, and we can bring a barrier rope if you like.

On-site briefing: After setup we show you (or someone you trust) how the box works. It takes about 10 minutes, and after that every guest can use it without help.

During the event the box runs on its own. If something does come up, which is rare, you can reach us by phone.

Pickup: We collect the box the next day or at an agreed time and take everything down in about 30 minutes. All that's left for you is to enjoy the photos.

3. Party Hard

Your guests take unlimited photos and boomerangs and print their favorite shots right away.

Unlimited photos: With 50 guests or 300, everyone can take as many photos as they like. There are no per-photo fees.

Instant prints in under 10 seconds: Shortly after the photo is taken, your guest holds the print in their hands, color-accurate and with your own layout (logo, date, personal text).

Various modes: Besides classic photos there are boomerang loops (4-image sequence) and mosaic collages. Guests choose the mode themselves.

Props & accessories: We bring a selection of classic props (glasses, hats, signs). You can also bring your own or ask for themed props.

4. Digital Gallery

1-2 days after the event you'll receive a link to a password-protected online gallery with all images.

All images in high resolution: After the event we upload all photos to a private online gallery. These are the original shots in full resolution, not the print versions, so they work well for sharing or reprints.

Password protected: Only you and your guests (with the password you set) can open the gallery. Nothing is published publicly.

Download & share: Guests can download single images or all at once. Depending on the settings, the gallery stays online for 10 to 90 days, or up to a year on request, so please save your photos in time.

Additional features: If you like, the gallery can be opened via QR code at the party. We can also run a slideshow on a screen so everyone sees the latest shots live.

Print Package Details

Postcards (10×15cm): 400 prints included, one high-quality print per photo.

Photo Strip Flatrate (5×15cm): Unlimited prints during the event, up to 32 strips per photo.

Expecting more guests? No problem! Additional prints can be easily ordered in advance.

Digital Package Benefits

Unlimited Photos: There is no limit on photos, your guests can take as many pictures as they like. All photos are instantly available digitally and can be shared via QR code or email.

Service Area & Travel

Free Delivery: Within our main service area (Berlin & Brandenburg) delivery is included.

Other Locations: For locations outside, from 10 km distance from the nearest delivery point, we charge a fair travel surcharge based on distance and travel time. We're happy to provide you with a custom quote.

Secure Payment

Deposit: 30% upon booking confirmation to reserve your date.

Balance: Due no later than 7 days before your event.

100% Security: In case of a complete failure on our part (has never happened!), we refund the deposit proportionally.

Privacy & User Consent

All our packages are GDPR-compliant and offer an optional deletion mode for maximum privacy.

User Consent Module (optional): If desired, your guests can decide directly at the photo booth whether their pictures appear in the online gallery or are exclusively sent to them personally. Full control for everyone.

Questions About the Corporate Event Photo Booth

Everything you need to know about the 030Box for corporate events

Can the photo booth be branded with our company logo?

Yes. Your logo, your brand colours and, if you like, a slogan go into the photo layout. Your brand welcomes guests on the touchscreen, the 030Box light ring glows in your company colour, and the online gallery carries your logo too.

Send us your logo as PNG or SVG and the colour codes (hex) from your brand guidelines. We prepare 2-3 drafts and you choose.

Cost: Logo in the layout and light ring in your company colour cost nothing extra. A full wrap of the booth in your design is part of the Business & Trade Show package.

Is the photo booth GDPR compliant?

Yes. We store photos and data exclusively on servers in Germany and do not use overseas cloud services. AI backgrounds are also processed on our own computer in Germany, which is why the booth needs internet for them.

On request, the booth asks before each photo whether it may appear in the public gallery. Guests who decline still get their photo, it just does not show up in the gallery or slideshow. We delete photos on request at any time.

For companies, we can show your own privacy notice on the start screen. If you need a data processing agreement, please get in touch.

Can the photo booth capture leads at trade shows?

Yes, as an option. This is how it works:
1. A visitor takes a photo at the 030Box.
2. Before downloading the digital version, the booth asks for their email address.
3. If you like, we add more fields such as name, company or phone number.
4. After the event you receive all contacts as an Excel or CSV file.

The barrier is low because visitors get a good photo in return. In our experience, 70-90% of visitors leave their details. Consent to data processing is obtained beforehand.

Is an on-site operator included?

Usually it is not needed: after setup and briefing, the 030Box runs on its own.

For larger events, or if you would rather have a fixed contact person on site, one of our team can stay on request. They help guests use the booth, restock props, look after the technology and keep an eye on the flow.

On-site support is a bookable extra, and you will find the exact price in your quote.

Does the booth suit a summer party, company anniversary or Christmas party?

Yes. For a summer party the booth only needs a roof over it, such as a covered terrace or a tent in the courtyard. For a company anniversary we add the anniversary logo or the year to the layout, and for the Christmas party there are festive layouts and Christmas props.

With a footprint of around 1 m², the 030Box also fits into an office, onto a trade show stand or into a product presentation. Delivery and setup are included anywhere in Berlin.

How much does a photo booth cost for a corporate event?

Packages start at €389 plus VAT with unlimited digital photos. With photo printer, 400 prints and your own print layout, the Event/Print package costs from €499 plus VAT. You rent the booth for a full day, not by the hour.

For trade shows, multi-day events, a wrap of the booth or lead capture, we prepare a quote in the Business & Trade Show package. Companies can pay by invoice by arrangement.
