Can I pick up the 030Box myself?

No, we exclusively offer full service. **Why no self-service:** The 030Box isn't a simple device you can just take and set up. We deliver, set up, configure everything perfectly, and pick it up the next day. You don't have to worry about anything. In return, we guarantee everything works at your event – and if something does happen, we can help immediately via remote maintenance.

Do I pay for two days if the box is taken down after midnight?

No. One booking day, even if takedown is after midnight. **How we calculate:** One booking day = setup to takedown in one go. If we set up Saturday at 4 PM and pick up Sunday at 2 AM (after midnight), you only pay for one day. **Flexible takedown:** We can pick up the box directly after your event (e.g., at 2 AM) or the next morning (e.g., at 10 AM) – depending on what's more convenient for you and the venue.
